PBC EXPO 2024 NEWBORN COMPETITION

The first prize winner will receive a newborn photoshoot valued at $3,200 which includes a newborn photography session, a 10 page album with matching digitals plus a $500 gift certificate towards wall artwork.

There will also be four runner up prizes of $500 luxury gift certificates.

A total prize pool of $5,200. To enter, you must be pregnant or your baby must be under 14 days of age at the time of the photography session.

Hurry, the competition ends midnight AWST, Sunday, 24th March, 2024. Appointments are limited and subject to availability, therefore priority must be given to those interested in commissioning the design and creation of photographic artwork. Book by the expiry date on the gift certificate.

Terms and conditions

Entries close Sunday, 24th March, 2024 at midnight (Western Australia).
There will be one first prize valued at $3200 and four $500 gift certificate winners who will be contacted via email and gift certificates issued.
First prize winner receives a newborn photographic shoot, 8x8" ten page album with matching digitals, plus a $500 gift certificate towards wall artwork.
The runner up gift certificates can be used towards the photographic shoot fee and the purchase of photographic wall artwork.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or valid with any other offer.
The winner must be able to attend a newborn photographic shoot at our studio on a weekday and must sign a model release stating that photographs taken may be used by Hilary Adamson Photography for advertising, studio samples, competitions, website/blog and social media.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Only one entry is permitted per family, duplicate entries will be disqualified. You must be the parent of the newborn to enter and no entries will be accepted on behalf of any person.
You must be pregnant/expecting or your baby must be under 14 days of age at the time of the photography session.
The promotor's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
The gift certificate can only be validated by booking by the date indicated thereon.
If this competition is interefered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from any regulatory authority.
By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalites, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except fo any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
