Note: If insufficient notice is given and/or you are not available for your offered session (in the first 12 days), then you acknowledge there is a possibility that I will not be able to schedule in your session and it may be cancelled.

Photoshoot specifics

Family Photos

Yes

Hair and make up services are not included. Family photos only include parents and baby. If you wish to have extended family (eg grandparents) - please book a family photoshoot.

Sibling Photos

Yes

For the baby’s safety, it is studio policy that siblings do not stay after their photos have been taken. There are no child-care facilities, children become bored very quickly and can cause disruption. Please do not bring sick children. Photographer is not responsible if the baby and/or siblings do not co-operate.

Session Participants

At Hilary Adamson Photography we are open by appointment only meaning your photographer is booked for you alone. Any cancellations/rescheduling significantly impacts our photographer. To maintain efficiency of our small business and to keep costs as low as possible we require a minimum 48 hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduling to allow us to rebook your timeslot.

Your booking retainer fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. For rescheduled appointments with 48 hours notice or more, the fee will be transferred to your next appointment. No shows/cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the booking retainer fee and you will be required to pay a new booking fee to make a new appointment.

Social media messages, SMS texts, calls or emails will be attended to during the studio hours Mon to Fri 9-5pm. If booking changes/cancellations are made outside of these hours, then the notice period starts from opening hours next business day.
