It was probably a good thing I didn’t see a pic of Skylar before she came to her session, I would have not gotten any sleep with excitement to photograph her stunning self! She was such a HAPPY little thing, so calm and loving, full of smiles. I honestly did not want to give her back. She went into her poses so beautifully and easily, we might have the start of a modelling career here! More pics to come.

Celeste was the star of the show at her session, she opened her eyes every now and then to check that I was there 🙂 She gave me the biggest smile and just melted my heart. Its so special for me to be able to share one of the first few days of life.

Do you remember the gorgeous couple from a recent maternity shoot I did at the beach? Camille and Reuben had their baby boy Julian and he is so gorgeous! They were referred to me by a previous client & friend who I photographed baby #1 and baby #2 so when we met I felt comfortable with them straight away as if we had known eachother forever.

Julian has a big sister Jordan who is 14, she adores her little brother! He sure was a chilled out baby and didn’t mind being posed at all. Boy did I want to keep him!

Baby Dakota came along with her big brother Oliver (13 months old). She has a full head of hair and beautiful delicate features. Her mum booked early in the pregnancy so I waited a long time to meet this one!

It was fun to have her in different background and poses, she looked cute in everything, made me so clucky!

I love having my work published in Offspring magazine. Editorial shoots are more lifestyle rather than posed and its usually older children or a family I am photographing so its very different to the usual posed newborns I do.

If you can get hold of a copy of the new Autumn 2014 issue, the article is on page 33 heading: “Bright Sparks”. Its a story about mum to two boys who are both members of MENSA. She talks about the unique challenges and rewards of raising her boys.

There is nothing more exciting than flicking through the magazine for the first time to find which photos of mine have been published.  Isaac and Jeremiah are exceptionally gifted children and were an absolute pleasure to work with.  They made me laugh and we had such a fun time at their shoot. They were so good at following instructions and made my job so easy.
